hello.
it says as one of the terms of service, that offensive usernames are not allowed on the site.
well, how about, we have a word sensor on the site.
this means if someone tries to create an acount using an offensive username, the site won't let them.
what do you think of this idea?
most people wont create an offensive name and i am sure that the site all ready has something to that effect built in. I am not totally sure though.
naw we don't. People would just purposely go around it, so it's not worth the coding.
dan we don't need sensers, what is this radio? nope it's the internet, i can't for words that crash screenreaders but not for words like fuck and stuff like that. that's what i think.
Thiw was referring to login names, which, by policy, need to be clean. It's one of the few areas around here where we have such a policy.
